- The Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the Illinois Business Hall of Fame will be limited to a maximum of 50 members with not more than 30 percent of the board members representing non-academic organizations.The board shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
- Representatives from the 9 state universities in Illinois including Eastern Illinois University, Illinois State University, Northern Illinois University, South- ern Illinois University, the University of Illinois- Urbana, Western Illinois University.
- Representatives from the 6 private colleges or univer- sities in Illinois with colleges or schools of business.
- Representatives from Quincy College and Millikin University.
- Representatives from at least 3 community colleges.
- A representative from Junior Achievement.
- A representative from the Federation of Independent Illinois Colleges and Universities.
- Five or more representatives from the business community.
- One or more representative from organized labor.

Executive Committee The daily business of the Illinois Business Hall of Fame will be guided by an executive committee.This committee shall consist of three to five members including the president.The chairman of the board need not serve on this committee.Members of the executive committee shall be elected at the annual meeting and will serve 3 year, staggered terms.

Officers
The officers of the Illinois Business Hall of Fame shall include: (1) a chairman of the board, (2) a vice chairman of the board, (3) a president (who is also chairman of the executive com- mittee), (4) a secretary, (5) a treasurer, and (6) as many vice presidents as needed.The chairman of the board shall be a business -person (retired or active) and the vice chairman shall be a university professor or administrator (not employed by Western Illinois University).Officers other than the chairman, vice chairman and president need not be members of the board of directors.
